Our Approach
How we operate:
Operationally, White Phase works with governments, legislatures, courts, national institutions, civil society, regional and international organizations, and the United Nations system to develop and strengthen capacity, particularly at the national level, for the protection of human rights following international norms.
Institutionally, White Phase is committed to strengthening the United Nations human rights program and to providing it with the highest quality support. It is committed to working closely with its different organizations to ensure that human rights form the bedrock of the work of the United Nations.
Human rights are universal and inalienable. All people everywhere in the world are entitled to them. The universality of human rights is encompassed in the words of Article 1 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

The mission of the White Phase is to work for the protection of all human rights for all people; to help empower people to realize their rights; and to assist those responsible for upholding such rights in ensuring that they are implemented.

White Phase envisions peaceable, just and democratic societies based on human rights and the rule of law in which rights-holders are empowered to claim their human rights and duty-bearers have the capacity to respect, protect and fulfill them.

— In carrying out its mission White Phase will
- Give priority to addressing the most pressing human rights violations, both acute and chronic, particularly those that put life in imminent peril;
- Focus attention on those who are at risk and vulnerable on multiple fronts;
- Pay equal attention to the realization of civil, cultural, economic, political, and social rights, including the right to development; and
- Measure the impact of its work through the substantive benefit that is accrued, through it, to individuals around the world.

White Phase is an impartial, independent and absolutely voluntary organization responsible for the protection and promotion of human rights, defined by the Act as “Rights Relating to Life, liberty, equality and dignity of the individual guaranteed by the constitution or embodied in the international covenants and enforceable by courts of Nepal.
Besides human rights protection, the White Phase actively works in anti-girls trafficking, child education, health care, environmental sustainability, and women empowerment.

Natural Phenomena by Ms. Laxmi kepchhaki Magar, is the Book series for underprivileged and poor children in the remotest villages.
Natural Phenomena Series
Ms. Laxmi, possesses a vision of changing the advanced methodology and curriculum of teachings in primary school making it simpler and more convenient, focusing on the learning capacity of little students.
Many children in the remotest villages are underprivileged and away from a proper education. The books with simple words and full of cartoons make them engaged in learning new things more conveniently.
White Phase has been publishing books for Children for two years.
